Sorì dei Fiori – Moscato d’Asti DOCG Canelli

The grapes from the Moscato bianco di Canelli vines come from the best vines of the ‘Sorì’ on the hills of Canelli.
The hills have a south/south-east exposure and the soil is limestone marl.

Organoleptic characteristics:

• the colour of this Moscato d’Asti Canelli is an intense straw yellow with golden nuances;
• the foam is creamy and very persistent;
• the bouquet is very aromatic, markedly recalling ripe grapes and nutmeg. There are hints of sage, orange flowers, peach and apricot;
• on the palate it is very full, enveloping, sweet but not cloying because it is well balanced with acidity and effervescence.
