Cadicarassa – Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato DOC

The Cortese grapes come from the hills of Sant’Antonio di Canelli (province of Asti).
The hills have a south-eastern exposure and the soil is sandy.

Organoleptic characteristics:

• the colour of this cortese is straw-yellow of varying intensity;
• the bouquet is floral;
• on the palate it is dry, harmonious, pleasantly sapid and with good acidity.
