Birichìn – Vino bianco frizzante

The grapes from the Favorita vines are grown in the vineyards of Canelli and Santo Stefano Belbo.
They benefit from the south-east exposure and the sandy soil.

Organoleptic characteristics:

• The colour of this wine is straw yellow with hints of green and a;
• The bouquet is fruity with clear aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit, citrus fruits and exotic notes, there is a delicate aroma of green apple, ending with a vegetal finish in which wild herbs are predominant;
• It is a harmonious wine, fresh and lively, with good flavour and a pleasant, refreshing citrus base.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany sushi and Thai cuisine.
