The Barbera grapes come from the hills of Moasca and enjoy the south-east exposure and the sandy loam soil.

Organoleptic characteristics:

• this Barbera is an intense red with purple hues;
• the bouquet is vinous, pleasant with good persistence, crisp;

It is ideal to accompany the classic “merende sinoire“, the Piemontese version of high tea.
